hey everyone, i decided to make an account cause christmas is coming soon so Im getting ram, I was gonna ask, does this ram Crucial 8GB Single DDR3/DDR3L 1600 MT/S (PC3-12800) Unbuffered SODIMM 204-Pin Memory - CT102464BF160B at Amazon.com would this work for the inspiron 3542 4gb ram? there is also a install video so I know how to install it, but is it easy to remove the battery andd "ground" it, im not very experienced when it comes to tech, I just play alot of video games, also, if it does work, ive been hearing it only has 1 memory slot, So if I get rid of my current memory slot does that mean I can put in this 8gb one and have 8gb ram when I turn my pc back on?
