Optiplex GXI/Win 95//USB - need help setting up
OK, I've been through the forum archives and the Knowledge Base, and now I'm thoroughly confused. Would someone walk me through the process of getting my USB ports running (if it can be done)?

Windows 95 v 4.00.950 B (how does this relate to the "OSR" designation I have seen?)
I already turned on the ports in Setup - PCI Universal Bus needs a driver. Am I there already? Do I just need to plug in some hardware and load specific drivers? Or is there a general PCI driver I need to locate and install?
