Hi,

Q: My D800 does not charge the battary, it only uses the normal power supply!

In the Bios it says: AC Adapter: Unknown. Both battary #1 & #2 not installed.

Strange thing is it workED before. I let the battary discharge for about 1 one moth. Could the battary not make good contact inside the laptop?

Does anyone has a idea..................
