Hi,

I have Win 8.1 installed since it first came out. This was installed over the Dell factory install. Now it is asking for an activation key to be entered because it says the current product key is being used on another computer!

Apparently, this computer, a Inspiron 17R SE, stores the product key in BIOS.

How do I fix this???
