I installed a new LCD and CABLE turn on the computer screen is off, I ran test D+PWR and screen is on changing color ran test FN+PWR test says 

 ERROR 2000-0321 Unable to access EDID EEPROM. I can use the laptop with a external monitor. Please Help.
