Windows Operating System compatibility

Hi, I have an existing T 330 Server (details given below) OS Name : Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 StandardVersion : 6.3.9600 Build 9600 System Model PowerEdge T330System Type x64-based PC Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1230 v6 @ 3.50GHz, 3504 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)BIOS Ver/Date Dell Inc. 2.4.3, 31-01-2018 Is it possible to upgrade the operating System to Windows Server 2019 Operating system  without changing the Server hardware?
