HELP!

I've managed to access a friends unbootable HD via a USB caddy and obtained all her documents but her e-mails aren't in the folder that I thought they would be (Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook), in fact there is no Outlook folder.  Can anyone please help?   Suzi.
