I have a Dell Inspiron 1150 and the motherboard has died!!! Joy. No lights nothing...

Anyway. I'd really like to get the info off of the HD. What other Notebooks can I put the HD in? Is there a list?

Will a Dell 1150 30GB HD fit in a Dell Inspiron 5160 Notebook? Not for long term use but just for a quick take the files off and keep it moving type deal...

I'd rather not have to get another 1150 to do it so any info would be wonderful. I know a Data recovery place will charge me £400+ so workarounds are needed...
