im running xp and whenever i click search from the start menu the screen pops up, but only the dog is there, and not the actual place where you type in what you want to look for. Please please please help me!

 

while im here, does anyone know of any good monitor cleaning wipes for my monitor (not flat screen) as i have lots of smudges and fingerprints.
