My laptop is Dell Inspiron 7420 with windows 8.1.  After upgraded to Windows 10, I always got blue screen with Critical Structure Corruption error. With Microsoft help, I located the error message is "iaSor.sys" which dated on 2012-2-1 in my laptop.  I visited Dell website and updated all drivers from Dell support website, that Dell recommended.  Total 5 drivers have been updated/  I checked iaStor.sys, it seems no change at all, still 2012-2-1 time stamp， and my laptop still has problem of blue screen with Critical Structure Corruption.

Can someone help me out with this problem? how can I get a updated iaStor.sys?
