I have tried looking up how to keep the keyboard backlight on, but nothing has worked. I have downloaded the Dell Feature Enhancement Pack 2.2, but whenever I change the "Backlight Off" to 5 minutes and press apply, it doesn't actually apply the change. What it ends up doing is turn off the backlight completely, and whenever I press a key it blips on and turns off immediately after every key press. HELP!!!
