I have transferred the warranty of 106 serial number or service tag for Dell devices to my country of Egypt and the transfer has already been made to Egypt

But after the transfer, I was shocked, they switched to Expired even though the warranty is valid for two years from Dell

 I also found that the warranty expires a day after shipment

How does this happen
