Yes I have not received my refund I sent in weeks ago on an R 12  desktop Alienware Dell purchase  when looking under status it says refund was sent I have not received a refunded credit back to my credit card or my Dell preferred account which was the two payment methods I used I called and they said give it a couple days I did it's been a week nothing yet somebody please help
