We are encountering difficulty to obtain the embedded product keys that come with the embedded OS in our workstations.

1. Could you provide me with the ABB CLA contacts for North America?  Canada, US and Mexico

2. When we purchase a workstation with embedded OS and EPK, are we entitled to supply that key to the end customer?  If so, should we be requesting the key from Dell to supply to the end customer, or is it the end customer's responsibility?
