I recently purchased the computer with the specs and following link below. My wife enjoys playing The Sims 3. With an external disc drive, we installed The Sims 3, along with multiple expansion packs. However, when she starts to play it on the new computer, the game is either slow, or freezes, and will even exit the game. As far as I know, this hardly ever happened with her Toshiba laptop she purchased around six years ago. We don't know what the issue is. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
