Hi

I've purchased DELL N3511 Ci7 11 Gen. 16GB-512GB with local warranty on Sep 14, 2022 from DELL authorized Dealer but after 2 months this laptop started giving problems with the hinges and unable to open the laptop , I registered a complaint on the customer care and he told me about this is manufacture fault by Dell company on all machines. Why company didn't stop their Dealers from selling this machine ? This machine warranty will be expires on this date JAN 18,2023 it means only 4 months warranty ??

I'm highly disappointed by this machine and already wasted many days , Can anyone tell me what will be the refund policy ?
