Contacted Dell to have laptop repaired. Quoted $65 for service call and paid by credit card but Dell took $2100 from my account instead. After I contacted Dell to inform them, they told me that there's nothing they can do to help except for providing another quote to fix laptop for over $500. After my experience dealing with the Dell corporation, In my opinion, they are nothing but scammers. Do not trust Dell, check out the google reviews, they have a one star rating and deserve it, typical of my experience. Out of pocket over $3000 and still not working or repaired.
