I am writing to report that I have lost the original dongle for my Dell wireless keyboard and mouse (Model: CN-047TV0L0300). As the devices are currently unusable, I purchased a Dell Universal Pairing Receiver – WR221 in an attempt to re-establish functionality.

However, I am unable to successfully pair the keyboard and mouse with the new receiver. I have tried using the Dell Universal Receiver software but the devices are not being detected.

Could you please advise on the next steps or provide a solution to pair the existing devices with the WR221 receiver? If this model is incompatible, kindly suggest an alternative solution or replacement option.
