Inspirion 15 7577

During Image factory reset, after downloading the files via cloud. Computer stuck on blue screen with the mention error. Tried recovery OS and still see the blue screen. Right now on a job in a different country and need the pc daily. The computer don't have CD Player and didn't made Flash boot recovery. Plz help
