About 4 months ago I purchased a Dell g3 3590 from the official Dell webshop.(i5 9300h, gtx 1050 3gb, 8 gb ram). Recently (about 2 or 3 weeks) my laptop sometimes can't open programs that use the gpu (e.g. games) after restarting, the gpu doesn't even appear in the task manager and Nvidia applications report they can't detect a Nvidia gpu. Also when this occurs the fans start to run at full power but only cold air exits the laptop. Restarting multiple times eventually solves the problem for a short time. I have updated windows to the latest version and have used dell update but this didn't solve the issue. I've also used the dell tool for checking hardware but it didn't found anything. I hope someone knows a way to fix this
