My Dell latitude d620, when I switch it on, only the led lights on the keyboard and the LED light for power by the right side of the screen goes on

The screen doesn't, the fan doesn't roll, I don't hear the harddisk working

And it switches off itself after about 3 seconds

Also when connected to the charger, after some time the charging indicator blinks orange
