Latitude E5400 CPU upgrade

I have a Dell Latitude E5400 with an Intel Core 2 Duo T7250. The motherboard is Dell 0D695C. I'm looking to upgrade the CPU to the Intel Core 2 Duo T9600. Is it compatible? Would this work?
