from 5 days ago my system start to make the 2 beeps sound at start, that means my system is not recognizing the ram, so i opened it and cleaned the contacts with a soft eraser, its strange because i have never had to deal with this problem before. i inserted ram again and the error persisted, so i let my system keep beeping, and i found that after 5 cicles of beeps and restart the system starts without problems, i made diagnostic and everything was right, in fact i turned off and i have tried again and the system start fine. 

the next day with my system cold, it showed me the same problem and i found that the problem only appear when the system have been turned off for more than 30 min ( when the system is cold ). I tried with another ram module and is the same, 2 beep error if the system is cold, i have to wait a lot of beeps ( like 5 cycles of restarts) and the system boot normally. i tried with different types of BIOS, upgrading the BIOS from a USB, also i tried using only 1 ram on different slots, almost everything.

i am feeling really bad because i love this machine, is not only another laptop to me. my last alienware laptops become personal to me

i replaced the cmos battery and the didn't fix it
