Can you please provide more information about what you’re seeing with Bios A08/A09?  We loaded A08 on our Aurora in the lab and set up a failing overclocking profile and were able to successfully recover invoking the OC failure message after 3 unsuccessful boot attempts. We are not seeing any issues.
