When does this happen? Randomly. Completely 100% Randomly. I went 2 days without seeing it, and then i saw it 5x in one day. I have reinstalled Windows 8.1, I have refreshed my Installation, I have checked my drivers for errors, i have even run 3 different Malware/Adware/AV programs.

Can anyone please help me?
