Okay, I usually get this blue screen when I leave my computer run over night while using Utorrent(not sure if it has anything to do with it). But so far it has never done it while I've been awake using the thing.

One other thing, though might be unrelated, I had azureus for running torrents and the problem seemed to appear a lot more often. And I don't know how to disable BIOS memory options like mentioned in the error.
