I have a dimension 8100 desktop and just recently installed Windows XP Pro. The other night, we had a fuse go out and my computer was on at the time. Ever since then, my internet does not seem to be working. I thought I had an ethernet card that just burned out with the fuse, and I could replace it. When I opened my computer, however, it seems that it's not an ethernet card. Whatever gives me internet seems to be a part of the entire mother board. How am I supposed to go about fixing this problem?
