I/Board X8682

Question

Is teh X8682 I/O board compatable withe teh X8683 board? So can I use a X8683 to replace the broken X8682?

I'm no expert on the matter, but I do know Dell uses different part numbers for the same part.  Could be to identify different manufacturers for the same part I don't know, but when I look up these two they both appear to be the same part.  Front Control Panel Assembley for a Dell E510/5150.
