Hi all,

My 8250 is extremely noisy, especially when playing games as both the CPU fan, the hard drive and the graphics card fan go nuts. Got a Radeon 9700 Pro card. It only starts making a lot of noise when it is hot, so I'm quite happy with the running noise when cold.

What can be done to reduce the noise, except putting the PC in a cupboard?

Quiter fans?

Liquid cooling?

Cooling paste?

Extra fans to keep it cooler?

Internal sound insulation?

Any ideas?
