In 'Add/Remove, I want to create a Startup Disk for Win 98se. When I click "Create Disk", I am told to insert the win. 98 CD. when I click OK, I get this message: "The file 'Command.com' on Win.98 cannot be found. The following error occurred: "The file was not found. Destination File: C:\WINEBDO.400\EBD\Command.com PRECOPY 1.CAB.

Next, I tried reinstalling Win.98 and got this message. "Setup Detecting Notice, Message SU0409, Win. 98 setup was unable to upgrade your system files. This may be caused by Virus Detection that is built into your Computer or by virus detection software running on your computer." I don't have any Virus Program on my Computer. I checked in "Autoexec.bat and Configuration" but see no listing of Norton SystemWorks which I have been trying to install unsuccessfully.  Thanks, Frank
