Just got off the phone with another dell customer service rep.I ordered a 9100 system on 3/9/04. Was given a ship date of 3/19/04. Since the 19th I have been calling and received the following answers from dell. We are waitng for your battery. Then it was the video card is backordered.Then it was a bad batch of processors. Then Monday I was told that my system is boxed and waiting to be shipped. I said oh really because the web site as well as the phone order number still is saying it is in the build stage.It has been in the build stage since 3/10/04. I was told I would receive this system by the end of the week. Today4/1/04 I thought to call since I really did not think I was being told the truth and the seb site still says in pre production.Well as of today I am being told my system has not even been in the build stage as of today, and I am now being given a new ship date of 4/30/04. I politely told this csr to cancel my order. I was put on hold and then was given a ref. number that my order was now cancelled. The thing that bothers me the most is how Dell has made me wait for a system that was not even in production for almost a month then tells me it will be another month wait! Then she says "was I helpful and is there anything else I can do for you today"   Well Dell has done enough. I wanted a Dell but did not want to be lied to anymore.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DELL
