Heating Vostro 3300 (i need information!!)

Hi, i buyed a Vostro 3300 with Core i5 without nvidia card, only GMA graphic.

I have a problem, the notebook is heating in the right palm rest and very heating over the touchpad, i use Linux, but i tried to with Windows7 and i have the same problem:

i run the machine with powersave, processor run at 1197Mhz only, in idle the machine temperatures are:

The CPU and the GMCH is normal (i think) but the PCH is 76C in idle mode with 5 minutes running, after an hour the PCH is superior to 80C and my HD to 50/52C

if i put the processor to rip a video (with performance freq) and the CPU is go to 95C, this is normal? the fan is working (at 55C).

I searched for PCH temperature on vostro 3000 series but i can't find anything.

* I updated the bios to A02 is the last one

* I run 32bit diagnostic and everything is ok

* the office temperature is 22C

*I take the temperature with Everest Ultimate Edition 5.50.2100

*The windows7 is a fresh installation with dell drivers only and anything more, you can see the processor is 3% load, is not virus or any think else.

Grettings
