I have a Dell Inspiron 2500 (P3 900Mhz + 256MB RAM) .. The fans keep coming on, even though I'm not running anything intensive (such as Photoshop etc..) Usually just Windows Media Player... Is there a way to turn the fans off, without blowing up the CPU?
