I have 4 profiles on my laptop but I am the administrator. At some point mine became corrupt and you can not log in, nor can you install anything as I am the administrator. Anytime you try to install a program my logo pops up but says there is an error with the administrator and will not allow it. I have lost my installation CD's so I am not sure if the recovery will work when I restart and press F-8 as you need the administrator password. I have tried the recovery, I did it the same day my profile was lost and it did not work. Any suggestions?
