Taking 10 min or so to read DVD or CD disk. In fact it won't read one that I've used before to install MS Office Pro. The first DVD I tried failed to read it at all.

Still trying to read the disk as I write this, in fact I got the Dell site and to this forum while it was spinning the disk, now I'm not getting any response except for the disk spinning every once in a while.

Do I have a bad drive?
