I have an old Dell E173FPf 17 inch monitor that needs to be repaired. Whenever I turn the monitor on, it takes about 30 seconds for the screen to become fully lit. If I use the monitor too much in one sitting, turn it off and then try to turn it back on, the screen will flash for half a second and then go black. If I let the monitor sit unused for a day or two, it'll start working again. I think there may be something wrong with the power supply, possibly one or a few bad capacitors.

I have called my local Best Buy and computer repair shop, but they don't repair monitors. I don't have the knowledge or expertise to try and repair it myself. I've tried to buy used E173FP's off of Ebay for replacement but they were all duds (bad color and picture quality, etc.)

If anyone can help me out, possibly direct me to someone or a company that specializes in hardware restoration, that would be greatly appreciated.
