Recently, my Dell S2716DG has developed flickering lines across the whole screen, most prominently visible on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.  These horizontal lines flicker/jump up and down every few seconds, making it very noticeable.  I have reset the monitor, run the self-test, and BID and nothing seems to have resolved the issue, the problem is visible on the BID.  I can see the issue when the monitor is plugged into my GTX 1070 graphics card on my custom-built desktop (Windows 11) via DisplayPort and from my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.15.7) via a USB-C to HDMI adapter.
