Hi guys and girls,

I have a problem with my 8 months old Dell U3821DW monitor connected via DP cable to my PC. It decided not to wake up after the shutdown of the Windows 10 PC. The screen is black and no led power-on lamp is shining. I have tried those unplugging anything and holding power button tricks, and it didn't seem to work. I have unplugged it, left it overnight without cables, packed it up in the box, went to authorised dealer Dell service, they unpacked it from the box, plugged in the power cord, and it woke up. Went home, plugged it in, it worked until the next shutdown. Power management in Windows 10 is set to high performance, never turn off the monitor, sleep and hibernation disabled, in the Dell display manager application, everything regarding power energy saver is off (unticked). My PC works perfectly with my old LG 32ud89-w monitor so I suppose this is not a PC issue. Any ideas?

The PC configuration is i7-7700k, Asus motherboard, 64Gb of RAM, 8 TB storage of all sorts of disks, power supply of 800W, Nvidia 1070.
