I have a Windows Server 2003 machine that I am doing a n offnetwork DR test with. I'm running Networker 7.6.2. I followed all the steps in the Networker DR guide, including recreating the library, but NMC freezes when I try to access it. If I go Devices and expand the Libraries Tab and choose my library it just says "Getting Library Volume Information..." and stays at 53% until it times out.

I tried running mminfo but it just hangs.

Have I missed a step somewhere? Do I need a new enabler? I didn't see one required in the DR instructions....
