I've been tasked to explain the differences, pro & cons for purchasing the Dell PowerConnect 5316M System Network Switch vs. the Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3030 for Dell for our PowerEdge 1955 Blade Servers.  The Cisco Switch is going for $5,000.00 and the Dell PowerConnect 5316M is priced at $500.00.  Beside the obvious price difference, is there any additional benefits in going with the Cisco Switch vice the Dell PowerConnect 5316M Switch Board?  Thank you!!!!   Tony
