dell 3090

My Dell 3090 tower computer is not working and needs a BIOS update. When I try to update it using a USB flash drive, it asks for an administrator password. What should I do? There is no jumper on the motherboard.

    You'll need to call Dell support with verification of ownership to have the password cleared.

    What is not working?  Can you enter bios screen?

    No, the device isn't working. Press the Ctrl and Escape keys to turn it on, but it's asking for the admin password.
