I was called earlier this morning due to an issue where one of the company's system is unable to boot due to a repeated thermal trip. Prior to this, the system presented with symptoms of a faulty mother board, where it was not able to stay on, this issue didn't persist for long. However now I am unable to boot the desktop as it is booting to Dell SupportAssist and displaying the error code "2000-0711" with a "73457" validation code, normally I would test the system using the SupportAssist tool, however the computer won't stay on any longer than 5 minutes to run the diagnostic tests. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?
Please note that there are no debris blocking the air vents and the fans are fully functional.
There was also a bit of additional information stating that a failing component has been detected.
