Just ordered a T110 II with E3-1240 and UEFI enablement for use as a virtualised home server.  Will most likely be using an Adapted 5445 RAID controller and VMware ESXi 5.

• Will there be any advantages to using Dell's version of ESXi 5.0 or not?  I'm primarily thinking of hardware monitoring and stability.
• Should I use UEFI or not?  I can't find much info explaining what practical difference it would make and whether or not ESXi/Adaptec support it. 

Hope these questions aren't too daft, I had a quick search of the forums before posting but couldn't find much.
