Hi,

We have just had two drives fail on our MD3200i SAN Device.  The hot spare has kicked in but the disk pool was showing as degraded.  I have replaced both the drives with new ones from Dell.  One has been marked as the hot spare and the other started reconstructing, but has only got to 1% and hasn't moved for 2 days.  The disk access on the device also seems to have now become very slow.  Is the best approach here to remove the reconstructing disk and re-insert it to hopefully get it to reconstruct again properly or do I need to restart the device to see if that will help kick start the reconstruction again ?   Thanks.
