DELL Precision 7520 Startup Problem

I press the POWER button the computer gets stuck at DELL logo, cannot start up. I came up with a workaround, but I don't consider this a solution; it only allows me to go ahead with my business. After the computer freezes at the logo, I press and hold the POWER button and  shut down the computer after 10 seconds, wait another 10 seconds, then press the POWER button. In this second trial the computer starts up normally. I, then, tried to repair Startup through the Recovery tools but received the message " Windows couldn't repair Startup" with SrTrail.txt error. This is a business computer , I am much worried about the data in the computer that I try to stay away from drastic solutions like Reset, clean install etc. I would very much appreciate comments, advice for a permanent solution. So far I have been getting by with my workaround.

Welcome to the Dell Community @mhmt

    Try this.

    Go to "Settings"

    Then to "System"

Then on the left hand side click on "Power & Sleep"

Then on the right hand side click on "Additional Power Settings"

Then on the left hand side click on "Choose what Power Buttons Do"

Then click on "Change settings that are currently available"

Then un-check "Turn on fast startup" then "Save Changes" and reboot.

    Best regards,

    U2
