I was faxing a document and in the middle of the faxing the scanner started scanning garbage and now it will not scan or fax at all.  I sent an e-mail to the help center and they obviously misread my problem because they sent me the solution for a banging or clicking noise.  I have seen a lot of traffic for these types of problems but none of the solutions have worked for me.  Can anyone help?
