Does anyone know how to get a Dimension 8200 to recognize a Lite-On LTR-24102m and a NEC DVD+RW ND-1100A as something other than CD-ROMs.  I performed my last system backup on January 2007 and need desparately to perform another.  I've looked through hundreds of DVD/CD articles and haven't been able to find the answer.
