I was having trouble with IT Assistant recognizing the laptop that I installed the Instrumental client on so I reloaded XP on both machines and went with defaults to avoid any conflicts. I installed OpenManage on the station computer and installed the client on the laptop. I ran the discovery tool over the weekend and it found computers on our network but put them all in the UNKNOWN. I don't think it even found the client machine. Any ideas? Thanks!
