Hi All,

I'm using Vostro 3560 running Windows 10 and noticed bios update version A20. Tried to upgrade to A20 from A17 and got 'Invalid firmware image' post reboot.

 

Tried other versions A19 and A17 itself but getting same message 'Invalid firmware image'.

Any thoughts on how to fix?
