I have an Inspiron 1520 running Windows Vista.  I need to download Adobe Flash Player 10 but am having problems due to approval access.  I tried to use the solution provided but I cannot extract the necessary file properly as I keep getting told I do not have the access and that I need to contact my administrator.  I have the only account on the computer and my account is shown in the User Accounts as an administrator.  Can anyone help?
